Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

Refund Policy:

We will gladly issue a refund within 10 days of purchase. If the article is not in the original condition, then a restocking fee of 5% to 20% will be assessed. Cash refunds are issued in the form of a check within 10 days. No refunds will be granted on altered articles, findings or parts.

Exchange Policy:

We will gladly exchange an article within 30 days of the original purchase. If the article is not in the original condition, then a restocking fee of 5% to 20% will be assessed. No exchanges will be granted on altered articles, findings or parts.

Exchanges/Warranty Repairs:

Any products to be mailed are subject to a $25.00 shipping and handling fee.

Custom Work and Special Orders:

All custom work and special orders are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

Layaway:

All Layaway deposits are non-refundable after 30 days.

Promotional and Clearance items:

All Promotional and Clearance sales are final.
